Our Founders

Since 2019, we have had the opportunity to visit Israel on three different occasions, where we were introduced to the beautiful gift of Shabbat. We sat down with our Jewish brothers and sisters to break bread and reflect on the goodness of God.

In that moment, we acknowledged that this sacred rhythm had been missing in our lives, and we decided to implement it in our own family when we returned home. But little did we know, bringing this beautiful gift of delight into our hectic and hurried little world would change everything.

Since then, we have been on a journey of spiritual formation rooted in rest and rhythms. It has called us away from the anxiety-driven, hurried life of “doing ministry” to slowing down and meeting with Jesus in sacred places of silence and solitude. This gift has transformed the way we live, love, and lead, and it is our honor to share it with the world by inviting the next generation of Christian leaders to The Well.

Curvine & Candace Brewington

Founders & Executive Directors

Curvine and Candace have been friends since age six, married for 20 years, & have spent their entire marriage in full-time ministry. Both share a passion for helping young couples build strong families. They currently serve as Associate Campus Pastors at Victory Church in Atlanta where they reside with their 3 beautiful children: Lyric, Legend, and Lion.
